Any customer in Nepal can order from us. We deliver to all districts across the country. Whether you are in Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara, Chitwan, Janakpur, Biratnagar, Dhangadhi, or anywhere in between, we will get your order to you.
Delivery Timeline
- Kathmandu Valley: 2-3 working days from order confirmation
- Major cities outside Kathmandu: 3-5 working days
- Remote areas: May take slightly longer depending on courier availability
Working days exclude Saturdays and public holidays.
Delivery Charges
Free delivery within the Kathmandu Valley for orders above Rs. 2500. For orders below this amount in the Valley, or for deliveries outside the Valley, standard courier charges apply. Exact charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
How We Package Your Orders
Your jewelry is carefully wrapped and packaged to prevent damage during transit. We take pride in ensuring that what you ordered arrives exactly as it looked on our website. Every piece is checked before dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information. If you have questions about your delivery, contact our support team Sunday to Friday, 10AM to 6PM.
Damaged or Missing Items
